HIPAA Compliance

For Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) customers, we operate as a HIPAA Business Associate. We maintain appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with 45 CFR Part 164.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest), role-based access controls, and regular security audits. All payment data is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
